【TOFF】拓福青少年跆拳道體適能課程寒假來襲

拓福跆拳道全新升級!以“跆拳道課+”的教學目標,建立最新,最科學,最適合青少年體適能和體育運動健康的方案。對于青少年來說是一項科學,專業,匹配度極高的課程。

Toff Taekwondo new upgrade! With the teaching goal of"taekwondo course +", establish the latest, most scientific and most suitable program for teenagers' physical fitness and sports health. It is a scientific, professional and highly matched course for teenagers.

Introduce

青少年體適能是指青少年的身體素質可以適應生活、學習、運動和環境的綜合能力。其中包括“健康體適能”和“技能體適能”。與健康有關的適能包括:心肺耐力、肌肉力量、肌肉耐力、柔韌性、身體成分;與運動技能有關的適能包括:靈敏性、平衡性、協調性、爆發力、反應時、速度。

Adolescent physical fitness refers to the comprehensive ability of adolescent physical quality to adapt to life, learning, sports and environment. It includes "healthy physical fitness" and "skilled physical fitness". Fitness related to health includes: cardiopulmonary endurance, muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility and body composition; fitness related to sports skills includes: sensitivity, balance, coordination, explosive power, reaction time and speed.

Harvest

孩子們在拓福跆拳道的學習過程中,不止能收獲到跆拳道一項技能,更能掌握體育運動項目的基礎核心,使之將來能更容易銜接其他運動項目。孩子們通過學習,還可以提高語言表達的能力和思維想象創造力。

In the process of learning Taekwondo in Toff, children can not only acquire one skill of Taekwondo, but also master the basic core of sports events, so that they can more easily connect with other sports in the future. Class

課程設置:每節課時90分鐘;其中體適能課45分鐘,跆拳道課45分鐘

寒假推廣活動:1月4日-1月20日期間16家拓福跆拳道館聯動開課
